Baggage & Cancellation Rules
Please review our baggage allowance and cancellation policy before your flight. These rules apply to all AirFlex domestic flights and charters unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Baggage Allowance
Each passenger is entitled to two (2) bags:
One (1) checked bag per passenger, maximum 30 lbs.
One (1) personal item per passenger, maximum 10 lbs.
Excess baggage
Any weight above the allowance is charged at US $2.00 per pound, subject to aircraft weight & balance limits on the day of departure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled departure receive a flight credit for future travel with AirFlex.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable and no flight credit will be issued.
All cancellations must be sent to Airflexreservations@gmail.com or by WhatsApp/call to +509 3418 3636. The cancellation timestamp is the time your notice is received by AirFlex.
AirFlex reserves the right to update these policies. Charter contracts may include additional terms agreed in writing.
